How we work
We're a small senior team, and the shape of the work follows from that:
- Async by default - Decisions live in writing, not meetings. Your timezone is a detail, not a problem.
- Ship weekly - The codebase is small enough to hold in your head, and changes reach production the week you make them.
- Own outcomes, not tickets - You'll take a problem ("print campaigns need better attribution") end to end.
What we look for
Craft over credentials. Show us a link tool you've built, a campaign you've measured, a docs page you've rewritten until it was actually clear - That beats any CV keyword.
Roles we return to
Even with nothing formally open, three profiles always get a reply: product engineers comfortable across the stack, SEO/content people who write like humans, and designers who sweat icon-level detail.
