Getting started
Create a free account
An account is free and adds the features guests don't get: a permanent link history, free custom back-halves, private click analytics for every link, and the ability to edit a link's destination later.
Sign up in under a minute
- Open the sign-up page.
- Choose Sign up with Google for one-click access, or enter an email and password (6+ characters).
- You land in your dashboard, ready to create your first link.
There's no email verification hurdle and no credit card - Everything on GoTo.now is free right now.
Which sign-up method should you pick?
If you already use Google daily, the Google button is the fastest path and there's no password to forget. If you prefer to keep accounts separate from Google, email and password works just as well. Both methods reach the exact same features - There's no "premium" tier hiding behind either door.
One thing about links you made as a guest
Your links created as a guest in the same browser session aren't attached to the new account, so recreate any you want to keep. The guest versions still redirect forever - Links never expire - But they won't show up in your dashboard, so you can't see their stats or edit where they point.
A practical tip: before you sign up, copy the destination URLs of any guest links you care about. Then paste each one into the quick-create card after you log in. Takes a minute, and from then on every link you make lives in one place with its own private click counts.
