Who can see my statistics?
Only you. Click statistics are private to the link's owner and live behind your login - There's no public stats page, and other users can't look up your numbers.
Private performance, public destinations
What is public, by design, is a link's destination: anyone can verify where a goto.now link leads with the link checker before clicking. Destinations transparent, performance private - That's the balance.
Here's the split at a glance:
- Private (only you, in your dashboard): click totals, scan counts, charts, sources, countries, devices, browsers.
- Public (anyone, via the checker): the destination URL a link points to.
Why it's built this way
Transparency about destinations keeps short links trustworthy - Nobody should have to click blind. But how a campaign performs is your business. A shop shouldn't reveal to competitors how many people scanned its window QR code, and a job hunter shouldn't broadcast how many recruiters opened their portfolio link. So the checker shows where, never how many.
Sharing numbers on your terms
Want to share results with a client or teammate? Export or screenshot from your dashboard on your terms. You choose which link, which timeframe, and which numbers leave the room. A common workflow: screenshot the 30-day chart plus top sources for a monthly client update - Enough to prove the campaign works, without handing over your whole account view.
And if a client wants ongoing access to raw numbers, the API can export visit data for exactly the links you choose - Still under your key, still your call. Privacy here isn't a setting you have to find and switch on; it's simply how every link starts.
